Powder Spraying Coating Machine is specially designed for canbody welded seam spraying. With the Electrostatic adsorption theory, the machine sprays the plastic powder onto the welded seam on the can body, then the plastic powder is heated to be melted down by the drying oven to form a plastic protective layer (polyester or epoxy resin). On the basis of static absorbing theory, the powder spraying machine can make the plastic protective layer to cover the welded seam surface equably and completely following its surface shape, so the welded seam will be protected to be eroded by the can content.
